Refund and Return Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality non-alcoholic beverages and provide an excellent customer experience.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of beverages, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in the following cases:

Eligible Returns (Accepted Only If):

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or leaked condition

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is expired or nearing expiry at delivery

  • The product is defective or not fit for consumption

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles/packs

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Taste/preferences not matching expectations

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only for eligible cases listed above.

A refund may be issued if:

  • The product is unavailable for replacement

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

  • The delivery partner cannot reach your location

Refund Mode

Refunds are processed through the original payment method:

  • UPI

  • Wallet

  • Card payments

  • Net banking

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days (as per bank/payment gateway timelines).

3. Replacement Policy

If your order meets the return eligibility criteria, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product

  • Replacement with a similar product (if original is unavailable)

Replacement is processed after verifying:

  • Photos/videos submitted by the customer

  • Courier damage reports

4. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
A full refund will be issued.

After Dispatch

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you reject the order at delivery:

  • Shipping charges and handling fees may be deducted.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product:

  1. Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide the following:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • Unboxing video (recommended but optional)

We will verify and respond within 48 hours.

6. Non-Delivery / Lost Shipment

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner

  • If confirmed as lost, we will provide a full refund or replacement
